2026 EIP Committee Goals
Legislative:
Goals Achieved:
Election Worker Leadership training for both parties
Requested we host another training: TBA in Late August.
Continue Reaching these Goals:
1. Scheduling training to educate on the UOCAVA act and MOVE act. (Uniformed Overseas Citizens Absentee Voters Act)
a. Time Scheduled for Later two weeks of June 2026 TBA
i. Invite Candidates running for Federal and State office. It is important to begin the discussion of overhauling how Military and overseas citizens vote and the vulnerabilities.
1. Schedule appointments with Candidates and Legislatures to begin discussion of overhauling absentee voting for military and overseas citizens.
b. This will be a special meeting and Pamela Woods and Brian O’Callaghan will be presenting this training.
2. Spring Luncheon we had planned for Austin for state legislatures in town, will be moved to early 2027 or late 2026 TBA: This will be EIP’s strategy to begin the networking with state legislators to gain favor for our resolutions example Election of Secretary of State.
3. CALLS TO ACTION as needed: SAVE AMERICA ACT for now.
Voter Roll Maintenance:
Goals Achieved:
- ELLY: introduce a new application called ELLY to the VR’s office in 2026. ELLY will probably replace TPA in 2026.
- MOVED out of the County/State mailing campaign to get voters removed from the Voter Roll, not just put on SUSPENSE.
- Need a permanent mailing location such as a PO Box for EIPNC.
New 2026 Goals
1. Continue monitoring and submitting recently deceased Voters (delegate)
2. Sign up and train select volunteers on Elly/ TPA
3. Assign volunteers to ELLY sections (Obituary, Moved, Invalid data)
4. Monitor mailing campaign for success and viability.
Commissioners' Court:
- Continue with the relationships with the commissioners, county judge and their staff. These relationships provide us with personal notification of votes and agenda issues EIP will want to be made aware of.
- Continue to push for the passage of the CASS coding accuracy support system. This system can be used to eliminate and/or minimize returned VUID and mail in ballots. We will begin a petition and utilize the Commissioners' Court meeting to petition the installation of the CASS system.
- Consolidate Precincts and have a place at the table.
Prayer Team:
2026 Goals Prayer Team Committee
Goals Achieved:
Monthly prayer meetings are scheduled for second Wednesday at 9:30am to 12 pm at the Airline Location Jason’s Deli.
Pray meeting 30 minutes prior to the regularly scheduled business meeting at Silverado. Jan will be in the restaurant area towards the back of the restaurant.
Prayer Goals include but not limited to:
1. Increased Membership
2. Keeping People Well Informed
3. Increased Funding through Membership and Events
4. Safety within our Organization
5. An Assistant to the President of Election Integrity
6. Increase in New and Returning Attendees.
