Community Message
As the holidays approach, we are thrilled to share the details for our upcoming Christmas Community Project. Today, we’ll walk through the event details, how you can participate, and take a moment to reflect on who we are as an organization and the vital community causes we are supporting this year.
For those new to our circle, our core mission revolves around strengthening our community through education, local awareness, and civic participation right here in Nueces County. But being a community organization means more than just our day-to-day focus—it means stepping up during the holidays to bring people together for a great cause. This Christmas dinner is our signature seasonal project to unite our community and give back.
This year, we are incredibly proud to partner with and support CASA of the Coastal Bend again. As many of you know, CASA provides trained community volunteers to advocate for children in the foster care system. Older teens in foster care are often overlooked during holiday toy drives, so we are answering the call by collecting Visa or Mastercard gift cards—with a minimum of $10—to ensure these young people feel supported and remembered this Christmas.
To help us get an accurate headcount for the caterers, we have a firm RSVP deadline of December 1st. Tickets are $25 per guest if you lock them in by the deadline. After December 1st, the price goes up to $30. Registration is simple: you can scan the QR code right on the flyer to pay online, or send a quick email to info@eipnc.com if you prefer to pay with cash or a check.
We want to make this event as impactful as possible for the charity. While attendance is the best way to support, sponsorships are also highly welcome to help boost our community reach, with suggested tiers at $200, $100, and $50.
